The Pan Pac foyer is home to Venues Ticketing agents for TicketDirect and Ticketek. The friendly and helpful Ticketing staff can assist you with up and coming events and concert bookings both nationwide and right here at the Napier Municipal Theatre.

Tickets can be obtained for events being staged at The Century Theatre Napier, Hawkes Bay Opera House and Pettigrew Green Arena as well as many other New Zealand sports and entertainment venues.

Except Public Holidays, this Office will be open, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. inclusively, or at the times of Venue Performances.
